Executive Chef 1 Persons
Qualifications :
- Culinary diploma or professional chef certification
5–10+ years culinary experience, including supervisory/lead roles
- Strong skills in menu planning, costing, and kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Excellent leadership, team management, and training ability
- Ability to control food cost, inventory, and quality standards
- Creative, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Commis (Male)
Qualifications :
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene
- Able to assist in preparing meals for staff
- Good physical condition and willing to perform kitchen support duties
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in a kitchen or staff canteen is an advantage
- Flexible and willing to work in shifts
Basic culinary training or certificate in cookery/food preparation
- 1 year experience in a kitchen (optional for Commis I/II)
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes, assist chefs, and prepare ingredients
- Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Canteen Commis (Male)
Qualifications :
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene
- Able to assist in preparing meals for staff

Job Qualifications :
- Thai nationality
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in French Restaurant, Five stars restaurant or Michelin Star Restaurant
- High school diploma or a relevant discipline
- A good level in English is a plus
- Knowledge of health and safety and cooking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure
