ตำแหน่ง : Sales Manager
Reporting to: Group Director of Sales / Director of Operations
Working day: 6 Days/Week or as needed
Job Responsibilities:
• Sales Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the sales office.
• Client Engagement: Greet and assist clients visiting the sales office.
• Conducting Site Tours: Conduct guided tours of the show unit on-site.
• Agent Collaboration: Collaborate with real estate agents.
• Sales Performance: Drive sales efforts by effectively communicating the value proposition.
Job Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales or real estate, preferably in a managerial role.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic about real estate.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, given the international clientele.
