หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
- เตรียมวัตถุดิบและส่วนผสมต่าง ๆ ตามที่หัวหน้าครัวหรือเชฟมอบหมาย
- ช่วยในการปรุงอาหารเมนูพื้นฐานภายใต้การดูแลของ Chef de Partie หรือ Commis I
- จัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์เครื่องครัวให้พร้อมใช้งาน และรักษาความสะอาดพื้นที่ครัว
- ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานสุขอนามัยและความปลอดภัยด้านอาหารอย่างเคร่งครัด
- ช่วยจัดเก็บวัตถุดิบ ตรวจเช็กสต็อก และรายงานของที่ขาดให้หัวหน้าแผนกทราบ
- สนับสนุนทีมครัวในงานต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้การผลิตเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น

คุณสมบัติ:
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานครัวพื้นฐาน หรือเพิ่งจบการศึกษาด้านอาหาร/การโรงแรม
- มีทัศนคติที่ดี พร้อมเรียนรู้ และทำงานเป็นทีม
- รักษาความสะอาดและมีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- พร้อมทำงานในระบบกะและภายใต้แรงกดดัน

Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and basic mise en place as assigned by the Chef or supervisor
- Assist in cooking basic dishes under the supervision of Chef de Partie or Commis I
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment
- Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Assist with stock control, proper storage, and reporting shortages
- Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth food production

Qualifications:
- Basic kitchen experience or recent graduate in culinary or hotel studies
- Positive attitude, willing to learn, and strong teamwork skills
- Good hygiene practices and attention to detail
- Able to work in shifts and under pressure
