1. Architectural Work (Core Responsibilities)
- Preparation, development and review of architectural and interior drawings (DWG / BIM)
- Development of architectural solutions, layouts, details and documentation
- Work with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM models
- Preparation of drawings, sketches, mark-ups and revisions
- Support of architectural scope covered by the in-house side

2. Project Coordination and Support
- Coordination with engineers, contractors and BIM teams
- Participation in BIM coordination and clash detection (no BIM manager role)
- Checking design solutions for compliance with local building codes and standards
- Preparation of comments, technical notes and proposals

3. Site and Implementation Support
- Site visits
- Support during construction and implementation stage
- Preparation of site reports, photo reports and defect lists when needed
- Assisting with adjustments of design solutions during construction

4. Materials and Documentation
- Assistance in material and supplier selection on the local market
- Preparation of reports, presentations and spreadsheets
- Work with Word, Excel, PDF tools and presentation software
- Tracking and organizing information, drawings and samples

Skills & Tools
- AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools
- MS Office (Word, Excel), PDF tools, PowerPoint / Google Slides
- Understanding of architectural documentation and construction processes
- Knowledge of building codes is an advantage
