???? About the Role

As a Senior Laundry Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the laundry section, delivering high-quality linen and supporting overall guest satisfaction. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for hospitality operations, team leadership, and service excellence.

???? What You’ll Do

Laundry Operations & Service Quality: Oversee daily laundry operations, ensuring linen is clean, well-maintained, and meets hotel standards while delivering excellent service to guests.

Equipment & Facility Maintenance: Monitor and maintain laundry equipment and facilities, ensuring timely reporting and resolution of any breakdowns.

Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate the laundry team, ensuring efficient staffing, productivity, and adherence to company standards.

Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure all health, safety, and environmental standards are followed, including emergency procedures and sustainability practices.

Cost Control & Inventory Management: Monitor expenses, control costs, and maintain accurate inventory and records for linen and supplies.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3–5 years in laundry operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role within hospitality.

Skills: Strong leadership, team management, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills; solid knowledge of laundry operations and equipment.

Education/Certifications: certification in Hospitality Management, Housekeeping, or a related field preferred.

Other Requirements: Good communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and knowledge of health & safety standards.
