Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain strong partner relationships by providing relevant data insights and high-quality consulting services to hotel partners (revenue management advice, marketing opportunities)
- Prioritize to maintain the hotel rates parity with OTAs & competitors set provided.
- Ensure that the hotels’ products (content, rates and availability) are consistently optimized on the Hotel Brand Sites to maximize customer conversion
- Secure additional lodging rates and availability information over high demand and compression periods to satisfy customers’ pressing needs
- Secure seasonal deals and promotions within the guidelines set to support the brands’ merchandising and marketing efforts
- Utilize market insights (partner reports, competitive data, key performance drivers)
- Utilize self-service tools (Website CMS, Booking Engine Extranet, Channel Manager, PMS)
- Utilize the hotel booking report; weekly & monthly
- Digital marketing coordinates (SEO, SEM, Performance Marketing)
- Provide coaching to hotel if needed, on standard methodologies
- Support customers & other teams for any products and services requested, when needed.
- Represent Web Connection in a professional friendly manner and be supportive of customer needs and be courteous at all times
- Other reasonable duties, as assigned

Qualifications:
- Thai national only
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in hospitality or related field
- Background in the hotel industry and/or online travel industry
- Experience in Sales/Marketing/Ecommerce role or similar
- Knowledge of hotel reservations and distribution systems is a plus
- Experience in managing website CMS, Channel Manager back-end and Booking Engine back-end is a plus
- Positive attitude towards teamwork and cross-functional cooperation
- Service-minded
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work overtime when needed
- Able to drive and has a driver’s license
- Able to travel frequently and work independently
- Strong technical aptitude and problem solving skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
