This is a full-time on-site role as a Director of Marketing at Banyan Living, located in Phuket, Thailand.

Job Requirement:

• Develop marketing and branding strategies for existing and new products
• Identifying revenue opportunities among established rental units, including upselling and re-selling
• Work with BD Team to identify and secure new development opportunities
• Monitor major markets and identify opportunities with luxury and upscale property developers
• Development and management of annual marketing plan and budget
• Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends/market research
• Build an online presence with a professional website that helps boost the brand, reach new audiences and boosts trust
• Develop and implement effective e-commerce growth strategies including SEO, SEM to identify and capture new customer base and business opportunities
• Comprehensive understanding of guest booking trends, expectations, preferences to make BC the portal of choice for residence bookings
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential prospects, analyse data and generate reports to track e-commerce performance
• Make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement
