Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for five hotels, ensuring alignment
with the overall brand strategy and business objectives. - Lead the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM,
email marketing, social media, and content marketing. - Oversee the development of promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and marketing
collateral to enhance brand visibility and drive guest engagement. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer
preferences to inform marketing strategies. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy
rates, enhance guest experiences, and drive revenue growth. - Manage and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and
return on investment. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners
to maximize PR opportunities and enhance brand reputation. - Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights
to optimize strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). - Coordinate with hotel management teams to ensure cohesive and consistent branding and
messaging across all properties.
