● 5 years experience as FB or Sales in a hotel/resort
● Service minded, Good Personality, Good Attitude
● + incentive, Service Charge, Accommodation, Meals, Uniform, Social Security Fund
Key Responsibilities: Focused on driving revenue
1. Client Relationship Management
2. Corporate accounts
3. Event and Catering Sales
4. Local catering and delivery.
5. Product Knowledge
6. Ensure exceptional customer service
7. Reporting
