support our group of Bangkok. And we’re also Southern Thailand’s largest legal Golden Burmese Teak Dealer. Ongoing
growth of the group requires a larger team to support the sales, distribution team and coordinate with Bangkok office
and Phuket.
ตำแหน่ง : Project Control Engineer / Cost Engineer
•มีประสบการณ์ในงานควบคุมต้นทุนโครงการ หรือบริหารโครงการอย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
•มีความรู้ด้านการจัดทำงบประมาณ การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุน และการจัดทำ BOQ
•สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD และซอฟต์แวร์ควบคุมโครงการ เช่น Primavera P6 หรือ SAP ได้ดี
•มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ การวางแผน และการสื่อสารที่ดี
•มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
หน้าที่หลัก
•จัดทำและควบคุมงบประมาณโครงการ
•ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนจริงเทียบกับงบประมาณ
•รายงานสถานะทางการเงินของโครงการให้ผู้บริหารทราบ
•ประสานงานกับทีมวิศวกร ผู้จัดการโครงการ และฝ่ายจัดซื้อ
•เสนอแนวทางลดต้นทุนและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้ทรัพยากร
•ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับค่าใช้จ่ายในโครงการ
