ตำแหน่ง : Luxury Villa Concierge
We are seeking a professional, service-oriented Luxury Villa Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our portfolio of high-end private villas in Phuket. The role focuses on personalized guest service, coordination of in-villa and off-site experiences, and seamless communication with guests, villa staff, and service partners.
Summary of Tasks & Duties
The Luxury Villa Concierge is responsible for managing guest requests before, during, and after their stay, ensuring all services are delivered smoothly, discreetly, and to the highest luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities
Guest & Concierge Services
Act as the primary point of contact for villa guests throughout their stay
Manage pre-arrival planning, guest preferences, and special requests
Provide personalized recommendations and tailored itineraries
Deliver warm, professional, and culturally sensitive luxury service
In-Villa & Experience Coordination
Arrange in-villa services such as private chefs, spa treatments, childcare, and security
Coordinate transport, airport transfers, yacht charters, excursions, and dining reservations
Work closely with villa managers, butlers, and housekeeping teams to ensure service alignment
Supplier & Partner Management
Liaise with trusted local suppliers and partners to deliver premium services
Monitor service quality, timing, and guest satisfaction
Ensure services meet company quality and brand standards
Operational Support
Maintain accurate guest profiles, preference notes, and service records
Support smooth check-in and check-out experiences
Handle guest issues efficiently and discreetly, escalating when necessary
Quality & Service Standards
Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations
Collect guest feedback and support continuous service improvement
Uphold company service values and luxury hospitality standards at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
For Candidates
Experience in hospitality, concierge, or luxury service environments
Good English communication skills
Knowledge of Phuket, local attractions, and premium service providers is a strong advantage
Service-minded attitude, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills
General Requirements
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Professional appearance and high attention to detail
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Competitive salary based on experience with very attractive commission package THB 25-45K package on an average monthly basis
