Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our luxury villa rental and management business. The role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, strong cash flow management, compliance, and strategic financial support to management. The ideal candidate has experience in hospitality or property management and is comfortable working in a fast-growing, premium environment.

Summary of Tasks & Duties
The Finance Manager will manage day-to-day financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance while supporting strategic decision-making and maintaining financial controls across villa operations, owners’ accounts, and company entities.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
Oversee all accounting operations including AR, AP, GL, payroll, and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and villa owners
Ensure accurate revenue recognition from villa rentals, management fees, and services
Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital planning
Budgeting & Forecasting
Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts for company operations and individual villas
Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide variance analysis
Support pricing, cost control, and profitability analysis
Compliance & Controls
Ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory filings
Coordinate with external auditors, accountants, and tax advisors
Maintain strong internal financial controls and financial policies
Owner & Stakeholder Reporting
Prepare clear financial statements and reports for villa owners
Manage owner payouts, expense allocations, and reserve accounts
Act as a financial point of contact for owners when required
System & Process Improvement
Improve financial systems, reporting tools, and accounting processes
Support integration with booking systems, OTAs, and property management software
Assist management with financial insights for operational and strategic decisions

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA is a plus)
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or property management
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting
Experience working with multiple properties or entities is highly desirable
Proficient in accounting software and Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
English skill is an advantage
