Position : Assistant MEP Design Manager

Job Detail

Key Result Areas:

In this role, He/She will support the Senior MEP Design Manager for the efficient operation of the Central Engineering.
- Submit monthly report
- Job responsibility: Hotel Existing MEP internal Project, Non-Hotel Existing MEP internal Project, ENG Yearly audit hotel and non-hotel, Review and comment MEP on Project development assign by Senior MEP Design Manager, making sure active in sustainability activity within the group, Participating in training course by HR. will manage and coordinate all activities on the Hotel Existing MEP internal Project and Non-Hotel Existing MEP internal Project, from planning and budgeting to resource allocation and quality control. Assistant MEP Design Manager are vital in the MEP work as they ensure that projects are executed efficiently and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.

General:

In this role, He/She will behave in a professional manner and set an example to all.

Key Qualification:

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer, Chief Engineer or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality standards.
• Proficiency in hotel management software, Auto cad and MS Office.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
• Degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
