Are you an experienced and passionate individual with a strong background in the hotel industry? Do you dream of managing a beautiful beachfront resort in one of Thailand's most stunning locations?
Look no further! We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Hotel Manager to lead our team at a small resort on the picturesque island of Koh Mook.
About Us :
Our resort boasts 23 units of charming bungalows and beachfront villas nestled amidst the serene natural beauty of Koh Mook. With 1 all-day dining restaurant and 1 beach bar, we offer our guests an unforgettable experience of relaxation and rejuvenation by the sea.
Responsibilities :
As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our resort's operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, and leading a team of enthusiastic and service-oriented staff. Your primary duties will include:
- Managing and coordinating daily resort operations, including accommodation, dining, and guest services.
- Ensuring the resort maintains exceptional levels of cleanliness, aesthetics, and functionality.
- Supervising and training staff to provide top-notch service and uphold resort policies.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest experiences and increase guest retention.
- Overseeing reservations, check-in, and check-out processes to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
- Monitoring financial performance and collaborating with the finance department to achieve revenue targets and cost controls.
- Maintaining open communication with guests, addressing their concerns, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements :
To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria :
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the hotel industry, preferably with a background in room division or food and beverage.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with resort management software and systems.
- A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to service excellence.
