Job summary:

-Greet customers with a big smile and an energetic voice, saying "Sawatdee kha" or "Good morning/afternoon/evening" as they enter the shop.
-Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
-Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
Say "Khop Khun Kha" or "Thank you, have a nice day" when customers are leaving the store.

-Process sales transactions accurately, checking the right item before writing it down and passing it to reception staff.
-Promote and upsell products to customers.
-Monitor and replenish stock levels on the shop floor.
-Keep track of inventory and report any discrepancies.
Shop Maintenance:

-Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
-Arrange and display products according to company guidelines.
-Maintain the overall tidiness of the shop, including restocking shelves and cleaning as needed.
Team Collaboration:
-Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
-Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the shop’s performance.
