You are
- Creative, you know how to surprise our customers with your technique and create explosions of flavor.

You will
- Offer a variety of special breads and viennoiseries at the buffet, personalizing customer relations
- Check that buffets (600 to 1000 covers per service) are set up, enhanced and restocked.
- Manage orders and stocks for your activity
- Ensure quality of service, compliance with Club Med health and safety regulations, and maintenance of the property.
