Aqua Master

Aquamaster Thailand is currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations in our Phuket location. As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes, managing inventory, and ensuring the efficient flow of aquatic and sports equipment. Working from our office, you will lead a team to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency throughout the warehouse.

Requirements:
-- Thai Nationality, aged 25 and above
-- Proficient in both Thai and English (spoken and written)
-- Strong organizational and communication skills in Thai and English
-- Previous experience in warehouse management
-- Familiarity with diving or swimming equipment is advantageous
-- Proven leadership and team management skills
-- Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
-- Open-minded with a friendly personality

Responsibilities:
-- Oversee and optimize warehouse operations for aquatic and sports products.
-- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to maintain a collaborative work environment.
-- Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels.
-- Collaborate with various departments to fulfill orders and meet customer demands.
-- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments effectively.
-- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices for enhanced warehouse efficiency.
-- Generate regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory status.
