Job Descriptions:
• Design print, digital, and multimedia media; create marketing and advertising materials as assigned, including internal and external public relations media (both online and offline), and other design works that serve as tools for brand publicity.
• Possess design skills, including proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other editing and design programs such as InDesign and Lightroom. Additional skills in photography and using 3D programs will be given special consideration.
• Be proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the internet.
• Develop and analyze design work for digital marketing.
• Plan marketing communication meetings and collaborate through graphic design work.
• Participate in planning and creating advertising, public relations materials, and marketing activities.
• Present design work to supervisors and relevant departments, ensuring designs meet company standards and are engaging.
• Record and collect design works, summarizing results for supervisors.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Graphics, Visual Communication, Communication Arts, or other related fields.
• Experience in graphic content creation and design for printed media, digital platforms, and multimedia.
• Proficiency in using common software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design/editing tools).
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate new ideas and understand visual communication, able to present innovative design concepts.
• Knowledge of, interest in, and the ability to follow trends in both offline and online media across various platforms.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive mindset.
• Good negotiation skills, with a pleasant personality and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Diligent, patient, and able to complete work on time while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
• Responsible for assigned tasks, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
