Job Descriptions:
• Plan and implement marketing communications, including both online and offline media, and manage the entire marketing system for all sales and service channels of the company.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising. This includes list segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign tracking.
• Track ROI (Return on Investment) metrics for marketing campaigns across all channels.
• Review and analyze campaign performance, using data to make strategic decisions and optimize results. Provide recommendations for future improvements to reach a wider target audience.
• Manage the company’s website and social media accounts, create and publish content, and engage with followers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, continuously enhancing the company's online presence.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and potential customers through targeted digital communications.
• Liaise with KOLs, influencers, bloggers, and various marketing support departments.
• Oversee and coordinate the design, content creation, and production of promotional and marketing materials across both online and offline channels.
• Handle public relations communications and overall corporate image, both online and offline, before and after events.
• Provide information to answer customer inquiries, collect feedback, and share it with relevant departments.
• Create and send regular newsletters to update customers on company news.
• Participate in groups and network with industry experts and target customers to drive brand awareness.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with communication and advertising campaigns for both B2B and B2C across various channels.
• Experience using web content management tools, such as WordPress.
• Proficient in MS Office and various marketing tools.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media advertising.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Effective teamwork skills with a positive attitude.
• Strong negotiation skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Diligent, patient, and capable of completing work on time while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work well under pressure.
• Proficient in using Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software (special consideration will be given for these skills).
