- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a relates field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 year’s work experience as a hotel/resort butler in 5 stars hotel or related.
- Proficient in office software and systems, including reservation software (if applicable), phone systems, and communication tools.
- Resolve client inquiries or concerns effectively, ensuring satisfaction
Delegate tasks and ensure all duties are completed efficiently and accurately.
-Handle unexpected situations, such as emergencies or client issues, with calm and efficient problem-solving.
- Able to drive the buggy.
