Position Overview:
Aquamaster Phuket is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Store Manager to lead our
Phuket Store. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily
operations, managing the team, and ensuring the highest levels of customer
satisfaction. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and
communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering excellent customer service in
the diving retail and rental industry.

Key Responsibilities:
-- Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and develop the store team, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive workenvironment.
-- Sales Management: Demonstrate products to customers, build relationships, drive sales and meet revenue targets by managing stock, promoting keyproducts, and creating strategies to enhance store performance.
-- Customer Service: Provide hands-on assistance to customers in selecting diving gear and services. Resolve customer complaints and ensure the highest
customer satisfaction is achieved.
-- Operational Excellence: Ensure the store operates efficiently, maintaining high
standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.
-- Staff Development: Conduct training, provide feedback, and implement
performance improvement plans to ensure all staff members are well-trained in
product knowledge and customer service.
-- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technicians,
accounting, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless store operations and
alignment with company-wide goals through effective communication and
coordination.

Qualifications:
-- Applicants must be Thai nationals, aged 25 or above.
-- 3+ years’ experience in retail or store management, preferably in a related industry.
-- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
-- Service and results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
-- Self-motivated, reliable, and a natural team player with a positive attitude.
-- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
-- Excellent English (spoken and written); Thai language is required. Other languages are a plus.
-- Experienced Scuba Diver or strong interest in diving and watersports. Preferred Qualifications:
-- A background in scuba diving or diving equipment is highly desirable.
-- Experience working in a customer-facing role within the tourism or leisure industry.
-- Diving certifications are a plus.
