Job Summary:

We are looking for a QC & Handover Engineer with experience in architectural and interior finishing works.

The person in this role will be responsible for checking the quality of construction, coordinating with contractors and designers, and preparing units for client handover. The position requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork between Thai and foreign staff.

Main Responsibilities:

-Inspect architectural and interior works to ensure quality meets project standards and drawings.
-Prepare and update defect lists (snag lists) and follow up with contractors until completion.
-Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and designers to solve construction issues.
-Check materials and workmanship for built-in furniture, painting, tiling, sanitary, doors, windows, and lighting installations.
-Participate in mock-up inspections and client handover procedures.
-Prepare and maintain QC and handover documents and reports.
-Ensure that safety and cleanliness are maintained during inspection and handover stages.
-Support the handover team in communication with owners and management.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
-At least 3 years of experience in architectural / interior finishing work inspection or QC.
-Knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, and finishing standards.
-Able to use Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and PlanRadar (or similar apps).
-Good communication in English (enough for coordination with foreign staff).
-Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented person with a positive working attitude.
