Position Overview
We are looking for a professional and service-minded Yacht Concierge Specialist to support luxury yacht charters and private yacht operations in Phuket. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences by coordinating personalized services, logistics, and onboard arrangements for our guests.

Summary of Tasks & Duties
The Yacht Concierge Specialist is responsible for managing guest requests, coordinating yacht services, and ensuring smooth charter experiences from pre-arrival planning through to post-charter follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Guest & Concierge Services
Serve as the main point of contact for yacht guests, owners, captains, and crew
Handle guest requests before, during, and after yacht charters
Prepare guest preference sheets and customized itineraries
Deliver polite, discreet, and culturally sensitive luxury service
Charter & Operations Coordination
Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, transfers, and marina arrangements
Liaise closely with captains and crew to ensure service alignment
Arrange onboard provisioning, catering, beverages, and amenities
Support smooth embarkation and disembarkation processes
Supplier & Local Partner Coordination
Work with trusted local suppliers for catering, chefs, entertainment, tours, and experiences
Arrange onshore activities such as island trips, fine dining, spa bookings, and private events
Monitor service quality and ensure timely delivery
Service Quality & Problem Resolution
Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Maintain service standards in line with luxury hospitality expectations
Collect guest feedback and report improvement opportunities

Qualifications & Requirements
For Thai Candidates
Experience in hospitality, concierge, yachting, or luxury tourism
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Knowledge of Phuket, marinas, and local service providers is an advantage
Service-minded attitude, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills
For International Candidates
Proven experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, travel, or yachting
Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
Willingness to relocate to Phuket and work flexible hours
Valid work eligibility for Thailand or willingness to obtain a work permit
General Requirements
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
