Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage the guest lounge and helipad area prior to each flight, ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and a high standard of hospitality
• Welcome guests and deliver a professional, warm customer experience throughout the ground service process
• Conduct guest check-in, verify booking details, passenger information, and baggage limits in compliance with aviation safety regulations
• Deliver pre-flight safety briefings clearly and professionally
• Coordinate with the Operations team regarding flight schedules, passenger readiness, and weather conditions
• Inspect and monitor helipad safety, access control, and ground operations before takeoff and landing
• Assist with ground handling and passenger baggage when required
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure full compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Report operational, maintenance, or safety issues promptly to management
• Support sales and business development by building relationships with hospitality partners and following up on sales leads

Qualifications & Skills:
• Prior experience in hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Thai (additional languages an advantage)
• Professional appearance and demeanour, with a customer-first mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable representing the brand externally
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, service-oriented and able to work independently
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit to perform light lifting around the helipad (assisting guests with luggage)
• Able to travel to various work locations as assigned
• Thai driver’s license (own vehicle is a plus)
