THE ROLE (Thai Nationality)

• We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Junior Sales Executive to join our growing commercial team at KÄHLI Phuket.
• You’ll be part of an exciting journey helping to build and promote Phuket’s most dynamic real estate and lifestyle brand — working closely with both our Property Sales and Signature Club Membership divisions, while also providing valuable support to the Executive Team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Sales Support & Coordination
• Assist the sales team with inquiries, client follow-ups, and property or membership presentations.
• Join property agent and direct client meetings to provide assistance and follow-up support.
• Prepare and format sales materials, presentations, and reports for client and management use.
• Maintain accurate customer data and activity logs in our CRM (Pipedrive).
• Coordinate appointments, sales gallery visits, and follow-up communications with prospects.
• Provide support on documentation including agency agreements, reservation and sales agreements.
• Liaise with marketing and suppliers on brochures, signage, and promotional materials to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Attend sales meetings and assist in preparing agent newsletters and client updates.

Executive Office Support
• Support the Executive Team with scheduling, document preparation, and follow-up actions related to sales, partnerships, projects and marketing.
• Help organize internal meetings, sales events, and client hospitality.
• Track progress on key initiatives and ensure updates are communicated clearly.
