ตำแหน่ง : F&B Manager

รายละเอียด

- Proven experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a hotel or resort for at least 5 years

- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and banquets

- Ability to plan, control, and maintain high service standards in line with hotel policies

- Solid experience in food and beverage cost control, budgeting, and inventory management

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop F&B teams

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle guest complaints professionally

- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and HACCP

- Strong leadership presence, professional appearance, and a genuine passion for hospitality

- Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
