The Percentage Company is seeking a creative and skilled Web Designer with experience in WordPress and CSS to join our team in Phuket. The successful candidate will support our growing team of web designers and developers, working on a wide range of exciting digital projects for clients in the travel and hospitality industries.

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: On-site – Phuket, Thailand
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or higher
Note: Thai Nationals only need apply

Key Responsibilities:

- Design engaging, responsive websites using WordPress and custom CSS
- Collaborate with developers and content creators to bring projects to life
- Implement user-friendly interfaces with a strong attention to detail
- Assist in maintaining and updating existing websites
- Stay current with web design trends and tools

Ideal Candidate:

- Has strong experience with WordPress and CSS
- Has a flair for design and a good eye for layout, color, and typography
- Can work well in a team and take creative direction
- Understands responsive and user-centered design principles
- Has basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript (a plus)
- Is organized, dependable, and eager to learn
- Has a friendly, can-do attitude
- Can speak, read, and write reasonable English
